There's no right or wrong, good or bad personality type, but when it comes to running a business, making decisions and outsourcing tasks as your company grows, it definitely pays to learn more about you, so you can read others better, build a business that gets you out of bed in the morning (but doesn't drain you dry), and enables you to attract the right types of customers into your business, first time round.
