I'm a self-confessed foot nerd, with good reason: I suffered with plantar fasciitis/foot pain for 5+ years. I'm here to share my story. The traditional approach of Physio, calf strengthening, sports massage, Chiro and wearing custom-made orthotics made little difference to my symptoms.
